Andy Zhu

Andy is the Co-Founder of CityScout. He knows what goes into a real estate deal, from the first look at an opportunity to the numbers that make it work. His background spans commercial real estate, acquisitions, and capital markets. Over his career, he’s underwritten more than $1.5B in deal flow, managed a $500M+ development portfolio, and helped shape investment strategy for major multifamily pipelines.

Outside of work, Andy brews his own mead (honey wine!) and has a past life as an accidental TikTok finance bro. Ask him about either.

Saatvik Mohan

Saatvik is the Co-Founder of CityScout, where he leads engineering. He has spent his career building data products that turn messy, fragmented information into something people can actually use. Before CityScout, he founded Lyne.ai, leading product and engineering as the company scaled to a successful acquisition in three years. He went on to build data integrations as an engineer at Clay.

Outside of work, Saatvik enjoys mountain treks and exploring the Atlanta food scene.

Sierra Bernal

Sierra is the Founding Head of Sales at CityScout. As a former National Director of Business Development, she built her expertise in key account strategy partnering with top operators across multifamily, SFR, and BTR. Before enterprise sales, Sierra spent over a decade as an awarded country music artist and songwriter, and brings that same personal touch to every partnership.

Sierra also holds two Guinness World Records.

Muhammad Zain

Muhammad Zain is the Lead Software Engineer at CityScout. With a background in enterprise software, data platforms, and applied AI, he works across the platform, from its infrastructure to its AI capabilities. His experience spans banking, accounting, and leasing software, helping businesses manage financial operations and use their data. He brings that understanding to AI, building tools around how people and organizations actually work.

When asked for a fun fact about himself or his hobbies, Zain replied, “Lemme ask Codex.”

Louis Robert

Louis is part of the GTM team at CityScout, where he owns growth. He started his career building startups in emerging markets, taking on marketing, product and GTM roles in fintech, credit and industrial technology. He also co-founded Tempus, where he led product development and the work of bringing it to market. At CityScout, he’s the person behind the scenes keeping campaigns moving and making sure the team’s tools and day-to-day GTM operations work together.

Louis loves literature, especially Kerouac’s On the Road, his favorite book and inspiration for the adventures he calls “side quests.”
