Andy is the Co-Founder of CityScout. He brings a deep background in commercial real estate, acquisitions, and capital markets, having underwritten over $1.5B in deal flow. Throughout his career, he has managed a $500M+ development portfolio and led investment strategy for major multifamily pipelines.
Saatvik is the Co-Founder of CityScout and leads our engineering. He brings a mix of building experience, having founded and been acquired at Lyne.ai, alongside a background in data and engineering at Clay, data science, and quantitative trading.
Sierra is the VP of Sales at CityScout. As a former National Director of Business Development, she built her expertise in key account strategy partnering with top operators across multifamily, SFR, and BTR. Before enterprise sales, Sierra spent over a decade as an awarded country music artist and songwriter, and brings that same personal touch to every partnership.
